Yoga is not an exercise. Yoga is a way of life. Traditionally trained in India, Caroline teaches beyond the movement and postures. Caroline teaches you the language of your body. The alignment of body, mind, soul and breath.
Corporate
Caroline offers corporate Yoga for up to 250 people per session. Do good to your staff, and your staff will do good to you. Book Caroline for a special event, or as your in-house wellness officer on a regular basis. A program matching your company will be created and aid your staff to perform better.
Yoga Philosophy
Beyond the movement, Yoga can positively influence your life and help you with courage, discipline, anxiety reduction, stress reduction, toning your body, alignment of the mind, reduction of diabetes and white fat storage.
Retreat Host
Caroline is frequently booked to host yoga and mindfulness retreats. These are tailored to the retreats facility and encompass her deep knowledge of mindfulness, yoga and somatic trauma release. Retreats can be booked in form of a 1-day to a 5-day program, world wide.
Yogic Breath
Yogic breathing, also known as Pranayama, has a profound effect on the detoxification of the mind and body. When done right, in a controlled environment, one can experience ecstasy, catharsis, and trauma release.
Meditation
This is how it all began for Caroline. In February 2015, Caroline had the privilege to live with Thai monks in a monastery for an extended period of time and learn mindfulness and Buddhist history. Mindfulness has saved her life a few times over. Caroline is passionate about writing the wrong into right by playfully and easily introducing meditation to anybody.
