Now, based in Sydney, Australia, and also active in Europe, Caroline is a sought-after retreat host, guiding individuals and groups on journeys of self-discovery and rejuvenation. Complementing her retreat work, she is a qualified somatic release therapist, offering a holistic approach to healing and wellbeing in her private practice in Sydney CBD.

 

As a published author, Caroline has shared her insights on meditation through her books, as well as a captivating novel inspired by her own life-altering quest for purpose. This narrative reflects her commitment to personal growth and the transformative power of intention.
