Characterized by the belief that the parts of something are intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.

MEDICINE

Characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of a disease.

 

The human being is the combination of self, conditioning and circumstance. The Holistic approach to therapy has been proven to be the ultimate guide to recovery for all mental and bodily diseases over the past decade. Any disease within the body affects the mind and, therefore, the mind must be considered in the healing process. The Holistic approach to healing looks at the root cause of the condition rather than using pharmaceuticals to treat the symptoms.

 

We are human beings, not human doings.  

 

The Holistic Human Development Program is a 10-week program designed to establish a strong foundation to allow you to take back ownership of your being. Starting with a comprehensive blood screen to assess where the root cause of your symptoms may lie, we will develop a bite-size action plan specific to your needs.

Through your program, we will implement small, manageable shifts into your everyday life that will serve as a “refugee-island” in an otherwise hectic environment. You will learn to reconnect with both your body and your mind, learning the “language” of your body as you progress.

 

Facilitating your program, I will provide you with opportunities to transform your life for the better across all parts of your life; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically. How much of this you wish to embrace is up to you.

Up to three individual sessions are available before signing up to the 10-week program to alleviate any uncertainties.

 

Your 10-week course will include introductions to meditation, yoga, routine setting, journaling, gratitude exercises, de-stress training, breath-work and two 90 minutes release sessions.
